I help organizations turn strategy into execution by designing operating models, structures, governance and ways of working that improve organizational effectiveness.

My focus is on clear decision rights and responsibilities, effective organizational structures and the changing roles, capabilities and ways of working required as AI becomes part of how organizations operate.

About me

I bring 18 years of experience across organizational development, digital products, innovation, consulting and agility at Riverty (Bertelsmann) and ING, as well as consulting work for Lufthansa, BASF, Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Bank and others.

Today, I work with executive leadership, senior leaders and cross-functional teams on complex organizational and transformation challenges.
